KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that JOSEPH
L~E ELLEN BISHOP, tenants by the entireties, G~NTORS, whose addresses are P.O. Box
5174, Etna, Wyoming 83118 and P.O. Box 8189, Jackson, Wyoming 83002, respectively, for
and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby aclmowledged, remises and releases and forever quitclaims unto
JOSEPH MAXWELL BISHOP, a married man and L~E ELLEN BISHOP, a single woman, as
tenants in common, whose addresses are P.O.'Box 5174, Etna, Wyoming 83118 and P.O. Box
8189, Jackson, Wyoming 83002, respectively, G~NTEES, all right title interest, claim and
demand that they have or ought to have in and to all of the following described real prope~y
situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 40, Nordic Ranches Division No. 4, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
according to that plat recorded August 9,' 1994 in the Office of County
Clerk as Instrument No. 787903, Plat No. 311-C.
Together with an access easement for ingress and egress over the front thirty (30)
feet of all lots included in all street in Nordic Ranches, Division ~4 and ~5 as
' shown on the official plat thereof and all streets in Nordic Ranches, Division ~3
as shown on the official plat thereof, all recorded in the Lincoln County Recorders
Office.
Subject to reservatior~s and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and
to easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Together with all improvement and appurtenances thereon.
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming.
