Lane B. Allred and Janet L. Allred, by her attorney-in-fact, Lane B. Allred, Trustees of the
Lane and Jan Allred Family Trust dated June 14, 2001, grantors, for the consideration of TEN AND
NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM to
Katherine Wright Rainey, a married woman, grantees, of 30 Tom's Road, Freedom, WY 83120,
all interest in the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming:
The W1/3 of the E1/2SE1/4NE1/4 and the W1/3 of the E1/2 of Lot 1
(NE1/4NE1/4) of Section 19, T31N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

Family Trust dated June 14, 2001, described in and which executed the foregoing instrument; that
said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said trust; that said trustees had the authority
under the terms of the written trust instrument to execute the instrument on behalf of the trust; and
said trustees acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said trust.
