KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that H. Dean Lancaster and Neva S.
Lancaster, husband and wife, Grantors, of Smoot, Lincoln County WY, for and in
consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS an
undivided 1/7 interest each to Beverly L. Simpson, Rollin Dean Lancaster, Bernell
Lancaster, Evlyn L. Davis, Terryl Leon Lancaster, LaDawn Erickson, and Willard Ray
Lancaster, whose address is 4668 County Road 123, Bedford, WY 83112, as tenants in
common the following described real estate, situated' in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
That parcel of property referred to as Parcel B attached hereto marked,
Parcel B, and by this reference made a part hereof.
LESS AND EXCEPTING that parcel of property as described in that certain
deed recorded in Book 420 PR 117 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk.

TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all
other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
