Lancaster, husband and wife, Grantors, of Smoot, Lincoln County WY, for and in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS an undivided 1/7 interest each to Beverly L. Simpson, Rollin Dean Lancaster, Bernell Lancaster, Evlyn L. Davis, Terryl Leon Lancaster, LaDawn Erickson, and Willard Ray Lancaster, whose address is 4668 County Road 123, Bedford, WY 83112, as tenants in common the following described real estate, situated' in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: That parcel of property referred to as Parcel B attached hereto marked, Parcel B, and by this reference made a part hereof.
