REAL ESTATE CONTRACT

This agreement, made as of the 1 st day of October, 2008, by and between Layle H. Nield
and Edna Nield, husband and wife, of PO Box 562, Afton, WY 83110 ("seller"), and Lotsa
Enterprises, Inc., a Wyoming close corporation doing business as Huckleberry Mountain, of PO
Box 15270, Jackson, WY 83002, ("buyer"),
WITNESSETH:
That the seller agrees to sell and convey to the buyer, and the buyer agrees to purchase the
following described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:

Beginning at a point which is the Northeast corner SE1/4SE1/4, Section 24,
Township 32 North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M., and running thence West 40 rods;
thence South 20 rods; thence in Southeasterly direction to a point 32 rods South of
the point of beginning, on Quarter section line; thence North 32 rods to the point of
beginning; (EXCEPTING THEREFROM: Beginning at the Northeast corner
SE1/4SE1/4, Section 24, Township 32 North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M., and
running thence West 10.5 rods; thence South 8 rods; thence East 10.5 rods; thence
North 8 rods to the point of beginning.) TOGETHER WITH all water rights, water
shares, rights of way, easements, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging.
SUBJECT TO all covenants, easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and
rights-of-way of sight or record.
The sale is made upon the following terms and conditions, to-wit:
1. A Real Estate Sales Agreement of even date containing the complete conditions,
covenants and terms governing this transaction is now in full force and effect; and those conditions,
covenants and terms not specifically recited in this agreement, but recited in the Real Estate Sales
Agreement referred to, are incorporated herein by reference.
2. Any and all interest, right or title acquired in the above described real property by
virtue of subsequent transactions with the undersigned seller will be wholly subject to the right,
interest and equity of the undersigned buyer in such real property arising by virtue of this contract
and the aforementioned Real Estate Sales Agreement.

3. In the event of buyer's default under this agreement and forfeiture of buyer's interest
in the described premises pursuant to the terms of the Real Estate Sales Agreement., an affidavit
by seller, or his agent, showing such default and forfeiture may be recorded in the County
Recorder's Office of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties to this agreement have hereunto signed their
