VERNON K. STRINGER and LOUISE S. STRINGER, husband and wife,
Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to VERNQN K.
STRINGER and LOUISE S. STRINGER, Grantees, as tenants in common, in
equal one-half (1/2) interests, whose address is P.O. Box 423,
Mountain View, Wyoming 82939, the following described real estate,
situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
LOT FORTY-TWO (42), UNIT A, COMMISSARY RANCH SUBDIVISION,.
Lincoln County, Wyoming according to the Official Plat
thereof
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
WITNESS our hands this 16th day of October, 2001.
