The Grantor acknowledges that Electlic and Magnetic Fields (EMF) are naturally occt;rring in [he
transmission or distribution of electricity, ar.d that the Grantee has here notifiecl Grantor that EMF le'ì,ing
and information is available upon request from the Grantee. This Fasemenl hy Grantor IS imended to
include so much space as is necessary or flppwpriHl~ to the presellce of E\1F and reasonable operatÍoI1 of
the Grantee's distribution lines.
Grantor agrees that all poles, Wires and other facilities, installed on or under the descnbed lands shall
remain the: propcrty of the Grantee removable in the sole discretio11 of the Grantee at the Grantee's exper .se.
The rights, conditions and proví~ions of this easement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon Ùle
parties, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns. Grantor shall compensate Grantee for
any damages to Grantee's facilities caused by Grantor, including payment of Grantee's atlllrm:y [eel. if
action is undertaken by Grantee to el1ìòrc.e the conm1Îlments descríhed in this tasemcm. Grantor reserves
the right to improve, occupy and use this easement for an purposes not inconsistent with the easement grant.
Each party shall bave the remedy of specific. perf01mance regarding this casement. The rights Ilnd
obligd1101l8 described in this casement shall run with the land. This casement is not exclusive, and Gral¡tor
retains an rights not specifically granted by this casement. This IS the entire agreement of the par:ie,:;
regarding this casement, except as may be set forth m 'wnting afl:er the date of this easement and signed by
