KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that REED S. CLARK, a single
man, P.O. Box 143, Smoot, Wyoming 83126, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to REED S. CLARK,
TRUSTEE of The Reed S. Clark Living Revocable Trust dated November 5, 2008, c/o P.O. Box
143, Smoot, Wyoming 83126, GRANTEE, and his successors and assigns, the following
described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and
releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming, to wit:
That property described in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land
records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on January 10, 2006 in Book 609 at Pages 474
through 475 as Receiving No. 915092, a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereto.
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions, or rights-of-way of record, of
sight, or in use.

part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln Count in Book 16SPR on page
328, described as foUowa:
COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of that tract ofrecord in Book 16SPR. S07"01.6' W,
598.36 feet from the Northeast comer of said Section 6 found as described in the Certified Land
Corner Recordation Certificate filed in the said Office¡ '.
thence S 89"44.2' W, 230.04 feet along the North line of said tract and an existing fence line
to the POINT OF BEGINNING:
thence continuing S 89"44.2' W, 230.05 feet along the North line of said tract and an existing
fence to the Northwest comer of said tract; .
