KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that REED S. CLARK, a single
man, P.O. Box 143, Smoot, Wyoming 83126, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to REED S. CLARK,
TRUSTEE of The Reed S. Clark Living Revocable Trust dated November 5, 2008, c/o P.O. Box
143, Smoot, Wyoming 83126, GRANTEE, and his successors and assigns, the following
described real property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and
releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming, to wit:
That property described in the Quitclaim Deed that was recorded in the land
records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on April 15, 2005 in Book 583 at Pages 113
through 115 as Receiving No. 907663, a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereto.
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions, or rights-of-way of record, of
sight, or in use.

Smoot, Wyoming 83126, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have
hereby remised, released, and forever quitclaimed unto REED S. CLARK, a J>ingle man, P.O.
Box 143, Smoot, Wyoming 83126, GRANTEE, and his heirs and assigns forever, all such right,
title, interest property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to
the following described property situated in Smoot, Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit:
That property described in the Special Warnmty Deed that was recorded in the
land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming on June 9, 1997 in Book 398PR at Pages 62
and 63 as Instrument No. 838867, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.
