Beginning at an Iron Pipe set at a point in the South line of said North Half of the Northwest Quarter, said point
being 337.50 feet South 88°50'47" East from the B.L. M. type Monument found marking the Southwest corner of
the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and running thence North 12°50' West, 848.11 feet to an Iron
Pipe found;
thence North 31 °43'30" East, 25.75 feet to a point in the Westerly bank ofthe East Side Canal;
thence Easterly along said bank, the following bearings and distances:
