the BASE BEARING for this survey is the south line of the SWIf,¡ of Section 22, T33N
R119W, being S89°-47'-36"E;
TOGETHER with rights of ingress and egress and utilities over, under and across a strip of
land as described in that easement of record in said Office in Book 530 of Photostatic
Records on page 391; AND
A strip of land two (2) rods in width within the NWIf,¡NWIf,¡ of said Section 23 with the
west line described as follows;
