Karen Scott, a married woman, Grantee whose address is PO Box 1966, Camp Verde,
Arizona 86322, for and in consideration of ten dollars ($10) in hand paid and other valuable
consideration, conveys and warrants to Matthew D Barber a single man and Sherene Teton a
single woman together as joint tenants with rights of survivorship Grantee whose address is PO
Box 1496 Thayne Wyoming 83127, an undivided interest in and to the following described real
estate:
That property described on the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 663, Page
580 as Document No. 930708 in the Lincoln County, Wyoming Clerk's
Office, a copy of which is attached hereto.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantors hereby
covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are
ftee ftom encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.

exemption laws of this state.

Deed recorded in Book 584, on Page 369, with the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the SWl/4NWl/4 of
Section 24, T35N, Rll9W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, the boundary being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Charles V. King PE/LS 590, 1970 location for
the Southeast Corner of the NE1/4 of Section 23, of said T35N,
R119W;
thence NOo59'38"E, along the East line of said NEl/4, 332.63
feet;
thence S89°00'19"E, 330.70 feet to a Point in the East line of
said Barber - Teton property;
thence SOo59'02"W, along said East line 332.32 feet to a Point
in the North line of the SW1/4 of said Section 24;
thence N89°03'29"W, along said North line, 330.76 feet, to the
Point of Beginning, Encompassing 2.52± Acres of land.
