Barber, a single man, and Sherene Teton, a single woman, together as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, Grantors, whose address is PO Box 1496, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, for and in consideration of ten dollars ($10) in hand paid and other valuable consideration, convey and warrant to: 1) Sherene Teton, Trustee, or her successors in trust, under the Sweetheart Living Trust dated January 29, 2007, for the benefit of Sherene Teton and her heirs, Grantee, whose address is PO Box 505, Thayne, Wyoming 83127 an undivided one-half (112) tenancy-in-common interest; and 2) Matt Barber, Trustee, or his successors in trust, under the Spanky Living Trust dated January 29,2007, for the benefit of Matt Barber and his heirs, Grantee, whose address is PO Box 1496, Thayne, Wyoming, an undivided one-half (112) tenancy-in-common interest in and to the following described real estate: That property described on the attached document marked as Exhibit A and entitled "Description: Paul Wadsworth Family Exemption" which is incorporated by this reference. Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record. Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of this state.
