HomeMy WebLinkAbout943726 GRANT OF EASEMENT \,.'uu361 THE TOWN OF AFTON, a Wyoming Municipal Corporation, of, for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys to, MAX WADE and CYNDI WADE, Husband and Wife, Grantees, their successors or assigns, an easement for the benefit of the Grantees, on the following described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following purposes and under the following conditions: 1. Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for ingress, egress to the Grantees property located at 31 West 5th Avenue, Afton, Wyoming. 2. Description of Easement and Servient Estate. The easement shall occupy the following described property: That part of Lot 4 Block 19 to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point which is 198 feet West and 160 feet North of the Southeast corner of said lot 4 and running thence North 5 feet; thence East 66 feet; thence North 15 feet; thence West 81 feet; thence South 20 feet, thence East 15 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
