The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: First Horizon Home Loans, a Division of First Tennessee Bank National Association Assignment dated: May 14, 2008 Assignment recorded: May 21,2008 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 939178 in Book 695 at Page 152 All in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and >¡ I WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of First Horizon Home Loans, a Division of First Tennessee Bank National Association, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on July 8, 2008, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and ,",./ ~/ ~' WHEREAS, First Horizon Home Loans, a Division of First Tennessee Bank National Association ("Successful Bidder") made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $351,353.17, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on July 8, 2008 ("Sale Date"); and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on July 8, 2008, at Reception No. 940390 in Book 699 at Page 465; WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated August 22, 2008 and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Reg,ister of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on ~bV. ~07 ~OO~ , 2008, at Reception No. ~ ~ ?i140 in Book' ()Ci at Page ~\V .
