of the 61b PM., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the Boundary and Encumbrances, being more particularly described as

Beginning at the Nelson Engineering PEILS 578, 1981 location for the Southeast Corner of
the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, of said Township 36 North,
Range 119 West;
thence North 0°51 '23" East, along the East line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter 984.64 feet to a Point, sald Point being 341.97 feet, South 0°51'23" West, along sald
East line, from the United States Department of Interior - Bureau of Land Management
1973, location for the Northeast Corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter;
thence North 90°00'00" East 6.65 feet to a Point in the Center Line of the Perpetual Right -of-Way Easement, as
referred to in the Easement recorded with Document No. 865852, in Book 445PR, on Page 2, with said Office;
thence Easterly, along said Center Line, the foJlowing:

46.40 feet to a Point in the West line orthe Neeb property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Document
No. 858262, In Book 429PR, on Page 244, with said Office;
thence South 1°10'50" West, along said West line, 1,000.22 feet to a Point in the North line of the South Half of the
Northwest Qnarter, of sald Section 24;
thence North 89°54'16" West, along sald North line, 430.88 feet, to the Point of Beginning.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights wtder and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
