BEGINNING at a spike on the centerline of Bitter Creek County
Road No. 12-140, N43°-36'-20-E, 926.23 feet from the southwest
comer of said Section 14; thence N79°-31'-21"E; 30.35 feet, to a
'point on the easterly right-of-way line of said County Road; thence
continuing N79°-31 '-21"E, 320.00 feet, along an existing fence line,
to a point; thence SlOo-28'-39"E, 140.00 feet, to a point; thence -
S79°-31'-11 "W, 298.45 feet, to a point on said easterly right-of-way
line; thence continuing N79°- 31'-21" E, 30.35 feet, to a spike on
said centerline; thence NI9°-13'-52"W, 141.65 feet, along said
