Chevron Mining Inc., a Missouri corporation, having an address of 116 Inverness Dr. East,
Suite 207, Englewood, CO 80112, ("Grantor"), does hereby convey without warranty oftitIe
to Thomas D. Crank and Corina E. Crank, husband and wife, ("Grantees"),having an address
of 1422 West 7th Street, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101 for the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00)
in hand paid and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, a water line, power line and intake structure easement (the "Easement")
25.00 feet in width and approximately 1474 feet in length described in Exhibit A to lay,
maintain, operate, repair, inspect, protect, remove and replace a water line, power line and
intake structure easement through the land ("Premises") described in Exhibit A in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
TOHA VE AND TO HOLD unto Grantees, their successors and assigns, so long as the water
line, power line and intake structure shall be maintained.

i Grantees shall defend and indemnify Grantor, its lessees, its successors and assigns
from and against any and all losses, damages, claims, suits or actions, penalties, assessments,
judgments and costs which may arise out of any injury to or death of any person, or damage
to any property, or any other proceeding of whatsoever kind resulting ftom or in any manner
connected with the Grantee's use of the Easement. Grantees shall not be liable for any
actions resulting ftom the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Grantor, its lessees, its
successors and assigns.
The Easement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the successors and
assigns of Grantor and the successors and assigns of Grantees, and may be assigned in whole
or in part by Grantees.

The premises are described as follows:
Lots 1, 2 and 3 of the Frontier North-4 Subdivision Lincoln County, Wyoming.
The easement is described as follows:
A water line, power line and intake structure easement being within Lots 8, 23, 24 and 27
of Section 35 and a part of Lot (tract) 37 all of Township 22 North Range 116 West, 6th
P.M. in Lincoln County, Wyoming. Said easement being bound by offset and parallel
boundary lines of the following described centerline. Said offset and parallel boundary
lines extend to or are truncated at the north boundary line of the Frontier North-4
Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Commencing at the common north boundary comer of Lots 1 and 3 of the Frontier North-
4 Subdivision where is found a 3 inch aluminum cap on a 2 ~ inch diameter aluminum
pipe stamped "Crank Companies Inc. PELS 5465, 2007" with other appropriate
markings. Said commencing point being North 9 degrees 41 minutes 38 seconds West
1202.33 feet from the South ~ comer of said Section 35 and being South 30 degrees 01
minute 01 second West, 203.48 feet from comer number 8 of said Lot (tract) 38 of the
Resurvey of Township 22 North Range 116 West 6th P.M.;
Thence North 76 degrees 40 minutes 46 seconds West along the north boundary line of
said Frontier North-4 Subdivision 16.30 feet to the Point of Beginning of this description.
Thence North 53 degrees 14 minutes 42 seconds East, 1318.96 feet with boundary lines
offset 12.50 feet each side and parallel to this described centerline;
Thence continuing North 53 degrees 14 minutes 42 seconds East 155.00 feet with
boundary lines offset 25.00 feet each side and parallel to this described centerline to the
point of terminus.
Said easement being 1474.00 feet in length.
