This Deed, made by MERRI ANN NAPPER & TERRI JO HART, as Co-
Trustees of THE LING FAMILY TRUST, dated the 11th day of December,
1989, of Layton, County of Davis, State of Utah, GRANTORS, to MERRI
MEDLOCK, an individual, of Layton, County of Davis, State of Utah,
GRANTEE.
WHEREAS, GRANTORS are the Successor Co-Trustees of THE LING
FAMILY TRUST, dated the 11th day of December, 1989.
WHEREAS, GRANTEE is entitled to distribution of the
hereinafter described real property located in Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming.
THEREFORE, for valuable consideration received, GRANTORS quit-
claim, transfer, and convey to GRANTEE the follöwing described real
property located in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, and
previously recorded by a Survivors Affidavit, Certificate of
Identity & Certificate of Incumbency on the 12th day of November,
2008, Receiving #943554, Book #708, Page #792, and more
particularly described as follows:
PLAT EIGHT (8), LOTS TWENTY-THREE (23) AND TWENTY-FOUR (24),
IN STAR VALLEY RANCH, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING. SUBJECT TO
EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS O~ RECORD.
