A tract of land in Lot 37 and Lot 3, Section 19, T22N, R115W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, said tract being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the North line of said Lot 37, said point of beginning lying S
89°49'56" W, 1732.09 feet from the Northeast corner thereof;
running thence S 9°08'02" E, 1768.16 feet;
thence S 21 °48'58" W, 50.00 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way line of
Wyoming State Highway No. 189;
thence the following three (3) courses along said right-of-way line:
N 68°11 '02" W, 151.40 feet to the Point of Curvature of a curve concave to the
South and having a radius of 5829.58 feet;
thence Westerly 883.49 feet along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of
8°41'00", the long chord of which bears N 72°31'32" W, 882.64 feet;
thence N 76°52'02" W, 732.30 feet to a point on the North line of said Lot 3, said point
lying S 89°55'15" E, 736.28 feet from the Northwest corner thereof (West one-
quarter corner of said Section 19);
thence S 89°55'15" E, 544.35 feet along said North line to the West line of said Lot 37;
thence N 0°10'04" W, 1302.61 feet along said West line to the Northwest corner thereof;
thence N 89°49'56" E, 892.98 feet along the North line thereof to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.

particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of the above described tract of land, running
thence N 21 °48'58" E, 50.00 feet along the East line thereof;
thence S 68°11 '02" E, 25.00 feet;
thence S 21 °48'58" W, 50.00 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way line of
Wyoming State Highway No. 189;
thence N 68°11'02" W, 25.00 feet along said right-of-way line to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
