Leslie Morehouse Personal Representative for the Estate of Bradley D, Morehouse and
Next Step Engineering, Design and Construction, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, as
their interest may appear, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY and QUITCLAIM to Town of Afto~YOming municipal corporation, GRANTEE,
whose address is Ç>. t) . ~()..L \ f IJ 10 'J---- q all of its right, title and interest in the
following-described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln., in the State of Wyoming hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead laws of the state, to~wit:
Lot 1 of The Estates At Valli-Vu, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on
the official Plat filed on December 1, 2006, as Instrument No. 924974 of the
records of Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming;
TOGETHER with any improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto;
SUBJECT to easements, rights-of-ways, agreements, covenants, restrictions and
reservations filed of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Personal Representative of the Estate of Bradley D.
Morehouse, as aforesaid, has hereunto set her hand effective the 7th day of June, 2008.
THIS CORRECTIVE QUITCLAIM DEED IS INTENDED TO CORRECT AND REPLACE THAT
QUITCLAIM DEED RECORDED IN THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE ON JULY 9, 2008, AS
DOCUMENT NO. 940418 IN BOOK 699 AT PAGE 575, AS SAID PREVIOUSLY~RECORDED
QUITCLAIM DEED INCLUDED ERRORS WHICH ARE CORRECTED HEREIN.
