Reeves Farms, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, having its principal place of business at
Smoot, Lincoln County, Wyoming, (mailing address: PO Box 16, Smoot, WY 83126), grantor, for
and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and other good and valuable consideration, CONVEYS and QUITCLAIMS to Polly
R. Erickson, Trustee of the Polly R Erickson Family Trust dated August 29, 2001, of PO Box 16,
Smoot, WY 83126, grantee, the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
That part of the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 6, T30N, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
being all of that tract of record in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Book 499
PR, page 235, and part of that tract of record in Book 608, page 881, as more
particularly described on the attached "Description for Reeves Farms, Inc. Polly
Erickson House Tract" which is incorporated herein by this reference.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
authorized officer as of this 5th day of November, 2008.

being all ofthat tract of record in the Office ofthe Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 499 of
Photostatic Records on page 235 and part of that tract of record in Book 608 of Photostatic
Records on page 881, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike, at the intersection of the cenlerline of the Reeves - Schwab
County Road No. 12-149 and the westerly right-of-way line of US Highway 89, S400-
14'-28"W, 152.20 feet, from the northeast corner of said SEl/4SEl/4;
thence SOoo-08'-37"E, 284.30 feet, along said westerly right-of-way line, to à point;
thence N89°-53'-I7"W, 372.43 feet, along a linc parallel with the south line of said
SE1I4SE1I4, to a point;
thence NOoo-05'-50"E, 227.45 feel, along a line parallel with the east line of said
SE1I4SEl/4, to a spike on said ccntcrJine;
thence N81°-24'-20"E, 375.54 feel, along said centerline, to the INTERSECTION OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of2.18 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the south line of the SEl/4 of Section 6, T30N

each "comer" found as described in the Comer Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap
inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL L TD A1:;TON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate
details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
