Erickson, Trustee of the Polly R Erickson Family Trust dated August 29, 2001, of PO Box 16, Smoot, WY 83126, grantee, the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: That part of the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 6, T30N, R118W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being all of that tract of record in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Book 499 PR, page 235, and part of that tract of record in Book 608, page 881, as more particularly described on the attached "Description for Reeves Farms, Inc. Polly Erickson House Tract" which is incorporated herein by this reference.
