KELL Y L YNN WADE FOSHEE and DONNIEVON REX WADE, have made application
to the Court under Sec. 2-1-205; Wyoming Statutes (Laws 1991), for a Decree Establishing Right
And Title to certain real property of said decedent. The Court finds that notice of said Application
was duly published as required by statute, that no objections to said Application have been raised,
that the facts in said Application are not in dispute and that IŒLL Y LYNN WADE FOSHEE and
DONNIEVON REX WADE, are entitled to the entry of the Decree as requested.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:
1. That KELL Y LYNN W AD;E FOSHEE and DONNIEVON REX WADE, be and
hereby are awarded all of the right and title of KATHRYN LOUISE WADE OLIVER, a/lda
KATHRYN LOUISE WADE, deceased, in and to the following real pr~perty:
