CERTIFICATE OF REDEMPTION
The undersigned, pursuant to Wyo. Stat. §1-18-106, certifies that it
is the owner and holder of that certain Sheriff's Certificate of Sale, dated August
12, 2008, and recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-
officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on August
12, 2008, at Reception No. 941194 in Book 702 at Page 124, covering the
following described real property:
A portion of the SE1/4NW1/4 of Section 7, T31N R 118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a brass cap marking the Northeast
corner of said SE1/4NW1/4 and running thence South 300 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
S 79°40' W 274.30 feet; thence S 6°33',57.56 feet; thence South 55°17' E, 232.00 feet; thence N
79°48' E, 73.76 feet to' the East line of the SE1/4NW1/4, thence North 225.45 feet to the point of
beginning. Together with right of access described as follows: Beginning at a point approximately
303.73 feet in a Southwesterly (s 35°55'E) direction along U.S. Highway 89 arc from a concrete
monument marker (béing a U.S. Highway right of way marker described in Quitclaim Deed
recorded January 13, 111982 in Book 183 PR on page 806) identified in T.S. Sta 617 + 64.88 of
said Highway; thence N 74°04'18"E, 472 feet, more or less to the easterly boundary of above
described land. Said leasement to be 60 feet in width to the south and east of the above
described line.

The foreclosure sale foreclosed that certain Mortgage by and
between Cary Lynn McMurdo and April P. McMurdo and Mortgage Electronic
Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Major Mortgage and which Mortgage
was recorded on August 13, 2003, at Reception No, 892437 in Book 530 at Page
621 in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of
Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming.
The highest and best bid for said property at said foreclosure sale
was the amount of $110,914.24, bid by Mortgage' Electronic Registration
Systems, Inc., as nominee for Major Mortgage.
The undersigned certifies that full and sLrfficier:1t redemption funds
have been received from Cary Lynn McMurdo and April P. McMurdo.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Certificate of Redemption is hereby
