Definitions
The following terms shall have the meanings indicated, wherever these terms are used in this
instrument:
Date Hereof:
The effective date of this instrument, which shall be November 10,2008.

Jimmie Maltby Grutzmacher.
Grantees:
Jimmie Maltby Grutzmacher and Robert C. Grutzmacher, Trustees of the
Jimmie Maltby Grutzmacher Revocable Trust
Property (including
any improvements):
Real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by referene.
Exceptions:
The exceptions from the coverage of Grantor's warranties of title set forth in
this instrument, which are as follows:
1. Restrictive Covenants of record in the office of the Recorder of
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
2. All easement, restrictions, reservations, encumbrances, rights-of-way
and agreements of record or apparent on the Property.
Consideration:
All of the following consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are
hereby acknowledged and confessed:
3. Ten Dollars ($10.00) cash in hand paid by Grantee to Grantor and
other good and valuable consideration.

For and in consideration of the Consideration, Grantor has granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed, and does by these presents hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey the Property to Grantee,
subject only to the Exceptions.
Habendum et Tenendum
To have and to hold the above-described property, together with all and singular the rights
and appurtenances thereto in anyways belonging, unto the said Grantee, and unto Grantee's
successors and assigns forever; and Grantor does hereby bind Grantor's heirs, successors and assigns
to warrant and forever defend all and singular the said premises unto the said Grantee, and unto
Grantee's successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim
the same or any part thereof; subject however, to the Exceptions.
Execution and Effective Date
This instrument is effective as of the Date Hereof. This instrument was executed on the date
or dates of the acknowledgment or respective acknowledgments set forth below.

EXCEPTING therefrom Tract B, described as follows:
BEGINNING at an intersection of the north line of said Lot
9 with said centerline, N89°- 46'-27"W, 448.18 feet, from
the northeast corner of said Lot 9, found as described in
