Release of Mortgage
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that C. G. Bennett,
Inc., a Texas Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain
mortgage bearing the date of July 13, 2000, made and executed by
Terry M. and Linda W. Sanders, mortgagors, to C. G. Bennett,
Inc., a Texas Corporation, as mortgagee, conveying certain real
estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$12,750.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the
Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of
Lincoln County, Wyoming on July 31, 1996, in Book 449PR, Page
286, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said
County, to wit:
Lot 35 Unit C-l Commissary Ranch Subdivision as said lot is laid
down and described on the Official Plat of said Commissary Ranch
Subdivision, duly recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and
Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming
the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released and
discharged; and in consideration thereof, the said mortgagee does
hereby release the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
