CORPORATE ASSIGNMENT OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned hereby grants, assigns and
transfers to MetLife Home Loans, a division of MetLife Bank, N.A., whose address is
4000 Horizon Way, Irving, TX 75063, all the rights, title and interest in and to that
certain Real Estate Mortgage dated May 8, 2007, executed by Phillip Melton, to
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Horizon Home
Loan Corporation and recorded on May 10, 2007, at Reception No. 929255 in Book
657 at Page 552 of the Official Records in the County Recorder's Office of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming on real estate legally described as follows:

P.M., LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED
