QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that DALE CLARK, also
known as DALES S. CLARK, a married man, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, has hereby remised, released, and forever quitclaimed unto
AUSTIN DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Wyoming corporation, P.O. Box 5211, Etna,
Wyoming 83118, GRANTEE, and its successors and assigns forever, all such right, title,
interest property, possession, claim, and demand as he may have or ought to have in and
to all of the following described property, to wit:
See the property description titled "DESCRIPTION FOR AUSTIN
DEVELOPMENT, INC. / AUSTIN DEVELOPMENT TRACT", attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants,
conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights-of-way of sight and/or
record.
Hereby releasing and wmvmg all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
Janelle Clm"k, spouse of Dale Clark, joins in the execution of this Quitclaim Deed
solely for the purpose of releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.

intent to more correctly describe said tract in Book 677 as foHows:
BEGINNING at a spike on the north line of said NWy,.SW~, S89°-55'-43"E, 528.00 feet,
tram the northwest comer of said NWJ-04SWY4;
thence S89°-5S' -43"E, 368.33 feet. along said north line, to a spike;
thence SOoo-06'-OS"W, 353.65 feet, along an existing fence line, in part, to a point;
thence S88°-36'-lO"E, 131.05 feet, along said fence line, to a point on the west line of the
