Haderlie and Layna J. Haderlie, a married couple, as mortgagors, to Star Valley State Bank., as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $96,010.00, as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming, on October 21, 1994, at Book 359PR, Page 278, and mortgaging real estate in said County and State, a portion of which was described as follows, to-wit: See Exhibit A attached The aforementioned lot is hereby released and discharged; but the mortgage remains in full force and effect as to the remaining land and appurtenances described therein not heretofore released.
