KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Ted R. Miller, a single person, of Afton,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, and Anne Miller aka Ann Miller aka Peggy Anne Miller, a single
person, of Idaho Falls, Bonneville County, Idaho, grantors, in consideration of the trust created
herein and for the other covenants contained herein, convey and quitclaim unto Ted R. Miller, as
Trustee, for the uses and purposes set forth in the Ted R. Miller Family Trust between Grantor
and Trustee, dated November 1, 2008, grantee, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming (mailing
address: PO Box 274, Afton, WY 83110), forever, all such right, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following described
premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Tract 1
Lot 27 of the Salt River Heights Subdivision, according to the official plat thereof
filed of record in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds
of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Tract 2
Part of Lot 3 of Block 29 of the Townsite of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the SW corner of said Lot 3, and running thence North 11 rods;
thence East 10 rods;
thence South 11 rods;
thence West 10 rods to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
LESS AND EXCEPT that part thereof conveyed by Quitclaim Deed dated
September 18, 1950, to the Town of Afton for alley use, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 10 rods East from the SW corner of said Lot 3 and
running thence North 11 rods;
thence West 16 1/2 feet;
thence South 11 rods;
thence East 16 1/2 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Tract 3
Part of Lot 3 of Block 29 in the Townsite of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is on the SE corner of said Lot 3, and running
thence North 16 rods;
thence West 20 feet;
thence South 5 rods;

being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is 5 rods South of the NW corner of said Lot 3, and
running thence South 4 rods;
thence East 10 rods;
thence North 4 rods;
thence West 10 rods to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
LESS AND EXCEPT any land contained in Warranty Deed recorded April 1,
1997, in Book 395 PR, page 513 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Tract 5
Part of Lot 3 of Block 29 of the Townsite of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 10 rods East of the SW corner of said Block 29, and
running thence East 4 rods;
thence North 10 rods;
thence West 4 rods;
thence South 10 rods to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
