This cause came on regularly this day for hearing pursuant to plaintiffs' Motion of Judgment on the Pleadings. The plaintiffs appeared by Gerald L. Goulding, their attorney. The Court examined the Affidavit of Jack Hemmert, the Affidavit of Eko Paul, and the Acceptance of Service of Process, Stipulation, and Waiver executed by Enna B. Sanderson, Trudy Hemmert Wadsworth, Jack Hemmert, Jack C. Hale, Mindy Hale Grady, and Elizabeth Hale. The Court finds that defendants Wilford N. Hemmert and Enna Hemmert are deceased and that their only heirs at law are defendants, Enna B. Sanderson, Trudy Hemmert Wadsworth, Jack Hemmert, Jack C. Hale, Mindy Hale Grady, and Elizabeth Hale. Defendants having appeared by their executed Acceptance of Service of Process, Stipulation and Waiver, having accepted service of process and stipulated to the relief sought in the complaint; and the Court having heard the evidence and having examined the proofs offered herein; and having fully considered the same, and having found that the allegations of the Plaintiffs' Complaint are true, and by virtue of the law; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Plaintiffs, Kevin M. Paul and Eko Paul, husband and wife, own and are in possession of, and at the commencement of this suit owned and were in possession of the following described real property situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming: RECEIVED 12/8/2008 at 10:29 AM RECEIVING # 944036 BOOK: 710 PAGE: 673 JEANNE WAGNER LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, KEMMERER, WY Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of the Amended Paul Addition to the Town of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as described on the official plat filed on June 16, 2008, as Instrument No. 939794 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. (;Ov674 That the defendants are found to have no right, title, interest, claim or demand in the described real property; that the defendants are hereby forever debarred from asserting any right, title, interest, claim or demand thereto, and title thereto is quieted in the Plaintiffs.
