PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE (BY CORPORATION) 494021561
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That First Bank of Idaho fib dba First Bank of
the Tetons, a corporation, of the County of Blaine, and State of Idaho, does hereby certify that a
certain mortgage, bearing dated the 16//. Day of June, 2006, A.D. made and executed by Timothy
J. Nickles, a single man(referred to below as "Grantor ''), to First Bank of Idaho, as mortgagee,
conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment 0 f $141,000.00 as
therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-officio
Register of Deeds of Lincoln County Clerk, State of Wyoming, on 12th Day of July, 2006,
Document No. 920144, Book 626, Page 132, and mortgaging the following described real estate
in said County, to wit:
Partial Release: Lot 88
Lot 88 of Alpine Meadows Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming according to that plat filed
August 23, 2005 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 206-A.
is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim
unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, First Bank of Idaho has caused these Presents to be signed by
