AFFIDAVIT OF COLLECTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF
DECEDENT'S PERSONAL PROPERTY

The undersigned, being first duly sworn, on oath depose and
state that we are making this affidavit pursuant to Section 2-1-201,
W.S.A. (2007), on behalf of ourselves as distributees, as hereinafter
set forth, and that we make the following statements in connection
therewith:
1. That MARGIE LILLIE WAKEFIELD, a/k/a MARGIE L. WAKEFIELD,
died on or about October 27, 2008, in Sweetwater County,
Wyoming, and was a resident of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, at the time of her death; that said decedent died
testate; that we are the sole and only parties entitled to
the property of the decedent pursuant to her Last Will and
Testament dated January 31, 1985, a true copy of which is
attached hereto.
2. That the value of the entire estate, wherever located,
less liens and encumbrances, does not exceed One Hundred
Fifty Thousand dollars ($150,000.00).
3. That more than thirty (30) days have elapsed since the
date of death of the decedent.
4. That no application for the appointment of a personal
representati ve is pending or has been granted in any
jurisdiction.
5. That the claiming distributees are entitled to payment or
delivery of the property described below; that the
distributee's relationship to the decedent is as follows:

the distributees are the decedent's sons; and that there
are no other distributees of the decedent having a right
to succeed to the property under probate proceedings.
6. That the property that is the subject of this Affidavit is
described as follows:
1974 Ford (VIN #4P54S112643)
7. The undersigned request that the title to said motor
vehicle be transferred to Russell Wakefield.
