To Quitclaim Deed
From Chevron Mining Inc. and Chevron U.S.A. Inc. to RMR New Frontier LLC.
A parcel of land being part of the E 'is E 'is of Section 11 and the W 'is W 12 of Section 12 and
part of Tract 71 and 72 all of the resurvey ofT. 21 N., R. 116 W., of the 6th P.M. Lincoln
County, Wyoming and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the common comer of Sections 1, 2, 11 and 12 of the resurvey of
T. 21 N., R. 116 W., ofthe 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming where is found a standard
V.S.G.L.D. brass cap. Thence S 0° 04' 38" W, 2638.26 feet to the common ~ comer of said
Sections 11 and 12 where is found a 3" aluminum cap stamped, "PLS 482, 1991" with other
appropriate markings. Thence S 21 ° 00' 34" E, 1205.38 feet to the Point of Beginning of this
description. Said point being monumented with a 2" diameter aluminum cap on a 5/8" diameter
rebar stamped "CCI, PELS 5465" with other appropriate markings and hereinafter referred to as
a rebar with CCI cap. Said point also being a point on a north-south boundary line of that
particular parcel of land known as the Kemmerer Golf Course Parcel as described and recorded
in book 206 PR on page 214;

said Kemmerer Golf Course Parcel where is found a 2" aluminum survey cap embedded in a 6"

Kemmerer Golf Course Parcel, 1160.12 feet to a meander comer set on the east bank of the

rebar embedded in a 6" diameter concrete post;

boundary line of said Kominsky Ball Field Parcel to the northwest comer of said parcel where is
found a rebar with CCI cap. Said point being a point on the common boundary of said
Kominsky Ball Field Parcel and that part of Lincoln County Road 12-330 known as Colonial
