East, Suite 207, Englewood, CO 80112 ("Grantors"), convey and quitclaim unto George

part of Tract 72, 74 and 75 all of the resurvey ofT. 21N, R. 116 W. ofthe 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming and being more particularly described as follows.
Commencing at the common 'Ä comer of Section 11 & 12 of the resurvey of
T. 21 N., R. l16W. of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming where is found a 3" diameter
survey cap stamped "PLS, 482, 1991" with other appropriate markings. Thence N 0° 04' 38"E,
2638.26 feet to the common comer of Section 1,2, 11 and 12 of said resurvey where is found a
standard U.S.G.L.O brass cap; Thence S 30° 54' 28"W, 733.71 feet to the Point of Beginning of
this description. Said point of beginning being monumented by a 2" aluminum cap on a 5/8"
rebar, stamped "CCl, PELS 5465,2008" with appropriate markings. Said monument herein after

Thence N 23° 46' 52"E, 47.11 feet (N 23° 50' 44"E, 46.94 feet record) to a point where is found
a standard 6" x 6" concrete highway right of way marker;

point where is found a rebar with CCl cap;
Thence S 86° 27' 23"W, 184.35 feet to a point where is found a rebar with CCl cap at the
northwest comer of that 60' wide access road easement granted to Lincoln County as described
and recorded in book 313 PR on page 206. Said point also being a point on the north right of
way boundary of North River Road (Lincoln County Road 12-330).
Thence S 86° 27' 23"W, (S 86° 27' 19"W record), 339.20 feet along the north right of way
boundary of said North River Road to the PC of a curve to the right where is found a rebar with
CCl cap;
Thence 523.47 feet along the arc of said curve to the right of the north right of way boundary of
said North River Road. The radius of said curve to the right being 1770.03 feet with a central
angle of 16° 56' 41". The chord of said curve to the right being 521.57 feet which bears S 85°
05' 20" E.
Thence N 76° 36' 59"W, 175.55 feet (N 76° 37' 04"W, 175.55 feet record) along said north right
of way boundary of North River Road to the northwesterly most comer of said road where is
found a rebar with an aluminum cap stamped "Borah, LS 2616.".
Thence N 13° 22' 56" E, 100.00 feet to a point where is found a rebar with CCl cap;
