The Petition for Adoption of Foreign Probate in the Matter of the Estate of S. Donald
Lane, Deceased, liled herein by Florence D. Lane, PersOlul1 Representative of the Estate of
S. Donald Lane, Deceased. having come on to be heard and the Court having reviewed the
pleadings filed herein and no objections having been lodged against said Petilion and the
Court being fully advised, the Court lìnds as follows:
I. Notice ofthis hearing was given as required by law and proof thereof
has been filed herein and this Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter.

No creditor of S. Donald Lane and no party claiming title to or
interest in the Wyoming real properly of the Estate of S. Donald Lane adverse to that of said
Estate or the heirs or devisees of said Estate have appeared herein.
3. The Estate of S. Donald Lane. Deceased, having been duly probated
and settlèd in the State of Florida by a proceeding in File No. 502007CP005161 XXXXSB in
the Circuit Court (or Palm Beach County, Florida, Probate Division. the pmbate of said
Estate may be allowed and recorded in the Slate of Wyoming pursuant to WYO. STAT. §2-
11-201.
4. No estate tax is due the Slate ol'Wyoming given the repeal of the state
death tax credit in 2005 by the provisions of the Economic Growth and Tax Relief
Reconciliation Act of 200 1.
5. S. Donald Lane, at the lime of his death, owned the following real
property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, legally described as follows:

Lot Eighty-Six (86) in Star Valley Ranch Plat Three (3) as
plattcd and recorded in the official records of Lincoln
COllnty, Wyoming.
6. All debts of the Estate of S. Donald Lanc known to the Petitioner
have been paid in full and adequate funds have been set aside in the domiciliary probate to
pclY all anticipated court costs and attorneys fees.
7. Undcr the Last Will and Testament of S. Donald Lane, the distributee
of his interest in the Wyoming real property is as follows:
Florence D. Lane
Successor Trustee of the S. Donald Lane Trust
107398 Lady Palm Lane
Boca Raton, FL 33498
8. Florenc~ D. Lane died on August 21, 2008. As a result of her death.
Burton J. Esrig and Joel S. Esrig became Successor Co-Trustees of the S. Donald Lane
Trust. Further details regarding the appointment of Burton J. Esrig and Joel S. Esrig £IS
Successor Co-Tnlstees of the S. Donald Lane Trust are found in the NOlice of Succession of
Trustees, previously tiled herein.
9. The assets of S. Donald Lane, Deceased. located in Wyoming had a
value not exceeding $150,000 at the time of his death.
10. S. Donald Lane left no other property, real, personal or mixed,
requiring probate in the State of Wyoming.
WHEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
I. The authenticated copies med herein of thc proceedings probating lhe
Estate of S. Donald Lane in the State of Florida be, and they are hereby admitted to record in
this Court and they shaH be considered and trealed from this time as original proceedings in
this Court for the probate of a domestic wi II and lhey shall have thc same force and el1èct us
the original probate of a domestic will, and shall be conclusive evidence or the facts shown
therein: and
2. There is hel'cby distributed in accordance with thc Will of S. Donald
Lrule, Deceased, to Burton J. Esrig and Joel S. Esrig. in their capacity as Successor Co-
Trustees of the S. Donald Lane Trust, the real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming
more particularly described as follows:
