KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that JOHN RANDALL, a single
person, P.O. Box 5192, Etna, Wyoming 83118, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has hereby remised, released, and forever quitclaimed unto AUSTIN
DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Wyoming corporation, P.O. Box 5211, Etna, Wyoming 83118,
GRANTEE, and its successors and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property,
possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to the following
described property situated in Etna, Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit:
See the property description titled "DESCRIPTION FOR AUSTIN
DEVELOPMENT, INC. / AUSTIN DEVELOPMENT TRACT", attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions,
easements, reservations, and rights-of-way of sight and/or record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

and in Book 194 of Photostatic Records on page 235, and in Book 551 of Photostatic
Records on page 18, and in Book 558 of Photostatic records on page 81, and all of that
tract of record in said Office in Book 677 of Photostatic Records on page 534, it being the
intent to more correctly describe said tract in Book 677 as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike on the north line of said NWY-iSWY-i, S89°-55'-43"E, 528.00 feet,
:trom the northwest corner of said NW~S\V~;
thence S89°-5S'-43"E, 368.33 feet, along said north line, to a spike;
thence SOoo-06'-05"W, 353.65 feet, along an existing fence line, in part, to apoint~
thence S88°-36'-lO"E, 131.05 feet, along said fence line, to a point on the west line of the
LaDean Clark Tract as depicted on that plat of record in said Office as Instrument No.
906091; .
thence SOoc-02'-08"E, 41.26 feet, along said west line, to the southwest point of said
LaDean Clark Tract;
thence continuing SOoo-02'-08"E, 336.50 feet, along the west line of the Dale Clark Tract,
