ROBERTS CLERK OF DISTRiCT COURT 3rd JUDICIAL DISTRICT LINCOLN COUNTY, STATE OF WYOMING Deceased. ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) Probate No. PR-2008-62-DC OF VERNON ERIC CARR, 0001.69 DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION Martha Jean Carr, the heir at law, legatee and devisee of Vernon Eric Carr, deceased, having heretofore filed an Application herein requesting the conveyance distribution to Martha Jean Carr the real property and personal property in the manner set out in said Application; And said Application coming on this day regularly to be heard, proof having been made to the satisfaction of the Court that Notice of said Application and the hearing of same, has been given in the manner and for the time in such cases required by law; and no one having appeared to object to said Application; and the Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds: 1. That Vernon Eric Carr died intestate on or about the 16th day of May, 2008, in Opal, Lincoln County, Wyoming. 2. That at the time of his death, said Vernon Eric Carr left surviving him the following named person who would have, under probate proceedings, the right to succeed to any interest in and to the property of said Vernon Eric Carr as his sole legatee and devisee: Name and Address Relationship AQe Martha Jean Carr 521 Soliday Street Opal, Wyoming 83124 Spouse Legal 3. That the value of the entire estate, wherever located, less liens and encumbrances, does not exceed the sum of One Hundred, Fifty Thousand, Dollars ($150,000.00), and consists of the following: Real Property Property with an appraised value of $52,000.00 521 Soliday Street, Opal, Wyoming Lot 7 of Block 2 of the Amended Plat of the Town of Opal, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use. 4. That thirty (30) days have elapsed since the death of the decedent. 5. paid in full. That no application for appointment of a Personal Representative is pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction. 7. That Martha Jean Carr is entitled to the distribution and conveyance to her the property of the decedent; and there are no other heirs at law or distributees of the decedent having a right to succeed to the property under probate proceedings. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Application of the above-mentioned heir, the legatee and devisee of Vernon Eric Carr, deceased, be and the same is hereby approved, and that the property hereinabove described be, and the same is hereby, set over and distributed to Martha Jean Carr.
