Shawn Porter. Mortgagors, to secure the payment of Two Hundred Forty-Five Thousand
and 00/100 Dollars ($245,000.00) due, do hereby mortgage to JoAnn L Smith Charitable
Remainder Unitrust. mortgagees, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln
County, Wyoming, to-wit:

The mortgagors agree to pay the indebtedness hereby secured, and to pay all taxes and
aSsessments on said· premises· during the life of the mortgage~ d in favor of and payable to
said mortgagees and in case the mortgagors fail to pay such, the mortgagees shall pay
said taxes and assessments, and all sums paid shall be added to and become part of the
same.
In case default shall be made in the payment of the above sum hereby secured, when the
same shall become due and payable then the whole indebtedness with shall become due
and payable, and the mortgagees may proceed, pursuant to law, to foreclose on and sell
said property.
Hereby relinquishing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead laws of
said state.
