KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Edwin T. Allred and Michael J, Allred as
successor Co-Trustees of the Von D. Allred Revocable Trust dated December 2, 1986, of Afton,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantors, in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, convey and quitclaim unto
Edwin T. Allred and Linda Sue Allred, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of 13296
South Berry Lane, Draper, UT 84020, grantees, all such right, title, interest, property, possession,
claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, in
the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Barnvard Tract
That part of the NW1/4SW1/4 of Section 6, T31 N, R118W, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being more particularly described on the attached "Description for Von
D. Allred Revocable Trust dated 2 December 1986 - Von Allred Barnyard Tract."
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, grantors have hereunto set their hands and seals this b~ day

BEGINNING at the southwest spike of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County in Book 122 of Photostatic Records on page 101 on the west line of said
NWV4SWV4, SOoo-00'-17"W, 126.50 feet, from the northwest comer of said NWI/.SWI/.;
thence N89°-48'-10"E, 241.00 feet, along the south line of said tract in Book 122, to the
southeast point of said tract;
