THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED is given by LARRY CLARK and ALPHA CLARK,

"Grantor"), to Larry D. Clark and Alpha L. Clark, as trustees of THE CLARK FAMILY TRUST

For valuable consideration, Grantor hereby conveys and warrants only as against all
