SHERIF WHEREAS, Doug ~orgareidge, a single man hereinafter descnDeo mortgaged to Sugarhouse ~ortgage, as mortgagee, ' the ...... real property by that certain mortgage dated June 11, 1@~ (the "~ort.qa~le"), and duly recorded in the records of the office 'of.the CoUnty Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on June 18, 199~, in Book 431 PR at Page 584, which Mortgage, and the Note secured thereby, were assigned for value by Sugarhouse Mortgage to Flagstar Bank, FSB by the indorsement of such Note and the execution and delivery of that certain assignment of mortgage dated June 11, 199~, and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on July 2, 1 g@g, in Book 432 PR at Page 4~7; and which Mortgage, and the Note secured thereby, were assigned for value by Flagstar Bank, FSB to Fannie Mae, in care of Chase Mortgage Company by the indorsement of such Note and the execution and delivery of that certain assignment of mortgage dated October 12, 2000, and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-Officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on October 30, 2000'i. in Book 454 PR at Page 810; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of Chase ~ortgage Company, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on June 15, 2001, at 10.:00 o'clock in the forenoon., at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse, 925 Sage Avenue, in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Chase Mortgage Company made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $2@,155.21, and the said real property was then and there sold to Chase Mortgage Company on June 15, 2001; and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County,' State of Wyoming, to Chase Mortgage CompanY on June 15, 2001, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on June 18, 2001 in Book 486 PR at Page 7§8~ and - WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal -":- National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns, by that certain , Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated July 11, 2001, and recorded in the ~' records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln · County, State of Wyoming, on the /'~//'7 day of (~,,x!¢_/'~.,~/--- , 2001, in Book -Z-//2x// at Page _?~'/ ; and WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL' MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Lee Gardner, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consiCeration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said'.
