Mark Miles, a single man, GRANTOR, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and
inconsideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS
AND WARRANTS to Mark Allan Miles Revocable Trust, GRANTEE, whose address is
P.O. 3732, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, the following described real estate, situate in
the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights
under and virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-
wit:
Lot 24 of Blue Lake Estates, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat filed November 13, 1991 as Instrument No. 740865 of records
of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way, insight, or in use.
