KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that the Ollie Anderson and
Eva Mae Anderson Living Trust, Dated July 21, 1995, Boyd Nield and Joan Martin,
Trustees, of Afton, Wyoming, Grantor(s), for and in consideration ofTEN ($10.00)
DOLLARS and other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT one-half (112) undivided interest and
Quit Claim any other interest in the below described property to: Darald N. Erickson
and Carleya L Erickson, Husband and Wife, as Tenants by the Entireties, Grantee(s),
of 124 Neild Avenue, Afton, Wyoming, the following described real estate, situate in
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit:

Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE1I4NE1I4) ofSectÍon thirty-
six (36) , in Township thirty-two (32) North, Range 119 West of the 6th P. M.,
Wyoming, and running thence East six (6) rods; thence South twelve (12)
rods; thence West six (6) rods; thence North twelve (12) rods, to the place of
beginning. Together with all water and ditch rights to said land as the same is
recorded, all in Lincoln County, Wyoming.
