and Quit Claim any other interest in the below described property to: Darald N.
Erickson and Carleya L Erickson, Husband and Wife, as Tenants by the Entireties,
Grantee(s), of 124 Neild Avenue, Afton, Wyoming, the following described real
estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit:
COMMENCING at a point six (6) rods East from the Northwest Comer of the
Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4NE1/4) of Section thirty-
six (36) , in Township thirty-two (32) North, Range 119 West of the 6th P. M.,
Wyoming, and running thence East six (6) rods; thence South twelve (12)
. rods; thence West six (6) rods; thence North twelve (12) rods, to the place of
beginning. Together with all water and ditch rights to said land as th~ same is
recorded, all in Lincoln County, Wyoming.
