KNOW ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS, That
Jerry Ray Humpherys and Deanne Humpherys,
Husband and Wife
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration ofTen and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and
by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto
Gordon C. White and Donna S. White,
Husband and Wife
whose address is 852 Perkins Co. Rd 119, Thayne, WY 83127, heirs and assigns, forever
all such right, title interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I/we have,
ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all of the following described premises, to-wit:
That part of Section 1, T34N Rl19W, Lincoln County, Wyoming described on
Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbe1 entitled "Description for Gordon C.
White and Donna S. White", dated 20 August 2008.

Photostatic Records on page 624; AND
That part of the NEY4SWY4 of Section 1, T34N R1l9W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, lying
and being situate westerly ofthe following described line:
BEGINNING at the northwest point of Lot 1 of Little Pine Subdivision as referred to
below;
thence N34°-25' -22"E, 13.98 feet, to a point on an existing north-south fence line;
thence NOoo-43'-1l"W, 1311.98 feet, along a said fence line to a point at the intersection
of said fence line with the north line of said NE~SWY4;
it is the intent of this description that the called-for monuments, and not the existing fence
lines, control the location for the propeliy lines;
each "comer" found as described in the Comer Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
