grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does CONVEY
AND WARRANT to:
Larry J. Canoso and Vicki A. Conoso
as Joint Tenants with full rights of survivorship
grantees, whose mailing address is 14802 Shadow Grove Court, Draper, UT 84020 the
following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State, to-wit:
Lot 525 and Lot 526 of STAR VALLEY RANCH RV PARK PLAT TWO STAGE TWO
as platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements and rights-of-way
of record, of sight or in use.
