At no time shall Grantor place, use or permit any equipment or material of any kind that exceeds twelve (12) feet in height, light any fires, place or store any flammable materials (other than agricultural crops), on or within the boundaries of the right of way. Subject to the foregoing limitations, the surface of the right of way may be used for agricultural crops and other purposes not inconsistent, as determined by Grantee, with the purposes for which this easement has been granted. Said easement being part of that particular parcel of land conveyed to Scott and Sabra Richins as described and recorded in Book 541 PR on Page 121. Said easement being 15.00 feet in width 7.50 feet each side the following described centerline. Commencing at the southeast comer of Section 36 of the resurvey ofT.24N., R.117W. of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming where is found a standard U.S.G.L.O.S. brass cap; Thence N. 0° 28' 17"E, 2641.16 feet to the west 1,.4 comer of said Section 36 where is found a standard D.S.G.L.O.S. brass cap; Thence N 37° 22' 14"E, 305.6 feet to a point on the south boundary of Tract 3 8 and north boundary of Tract 62 of said township and range. Said point being the Point of Beginning of this description. Thence N 40° 31' 10"E, 311.83 feet to the point of terminus.
