KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of December
23, 2004 and executed Ron T Potter and Gayla D. Potter Trustees of the Potter Family
Revocable Trust Dated November 19, 2003, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate
therein described as security for the payment of $84,400.00 which mortgage was recorded in the
office ofthe County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
on the 3rd day of January 2005 in Book 576 of Mortgages, at Page 378 as document # 905601
and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE"
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereofthe said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this ~ day of
