BEGINNING at the southeast comer of the NEY-iSWY-i of said Section 14;
thence NOoo-I0'-56"E, 203.04 feet, along the east line of said NEY-iSWY-i, to the northeast
point of said Nebeker Tract;
thence N89°-54'-05"W, 239.14 feet, along a line parallel with the south line of said
NEY-iSWY-i, to a point;
thence SOoo-OO' -59"E, 220.58 feet, to a point on the northerly right-of-way line of
Kennington-Burton Lane County Road No. 12-136;
thence N89°-23'-16"E, 135.32 feet, along said right-of-way line, to a point at the beginning
