KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS that Bradley 1. Crouch and Alyson J. Hockett,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of PO Box 389, Jackson, Wyoming, 83001,
GRANTORS, for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT
to Bradley J. Hockett and Alyson J. Hockett, Trustees of the Bradley Crouch and Alyson Hockett
Living Trust, dated December 17, 2008, GRANTEE, whose address is PO Box 389, Jackson,
Wyoming, 83001, the following described real property situate in the County of Teton, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 14 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 15, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof.
Including and together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances
belonging, but subject to taxes, assessments, covenants, conditions, restrictions,
reservations, right-of-way and easements of sight or record.
